Overview

Position: Secretary

Status: Full Time .

Member of magiCtouch ’s administration team.   Secretary is responsible for office admin, hr, and other standard secretarial duties.

Successful candidate should speak English fluently, have good communication skills and a minimum 2 years experience.

 

Job Objectives & Key responsibilities:

 

·        Coordinating and implementing of office procedures

·        Answering telephone calls.

·        Arranging appointments

·        Typing and word processing

·        Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.

·        Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff.

·        Managing and updating CRM databases.

·        Organizing all data / communications / emails & preparing weekly & monthly reports.
